How do I sign in after paying? +

Use the email and password you provided at checkout, or sign in with the wallet you used to pay in KLX / crypto. Open the client, log in once, and all available nodes appear instantly — there is no subscription URL, no config to import, nothing to paste into a third-party app.

What is the KLX token? +

KLX is the native protocol token used to pay node operators directly. Paying with KLX skips card processors and saves 30%. You can buy KLX on major DEXes.

How does the refund work? +

Within 7 days of purchase, request a refund from your Account page. Card refunds return to the original card; crypto refunds return to the originating wallet; KLX refunds are instant.

Are my data and traffic really not logged? +

Velnx is a decentralized mesh. We do not operate exit nodes — independent operators do. The protocol does not require nor transmit identifying metadata. Audited yearly; reports linked in the whitepaper.
